Your Experience Matters

Southern NSW Local Health District aims to provide the best health care possible for every patient every time.

We welcome your feedback so we can better understand what is working well and how we can improve our services. 

We have developed a new survey to get your feedback on the treatment and care you receive in our hospitals, clinics and community services. The questions are worded to gain your perspective as a patient and asks you to consider short statements about events that occur during your time with us as a patient.
