Qualified Social Workers provide free and confidential social work services when you, a family member or carer are dealing with complex health or social needs.
You don’t need a Doctor’s referral. Contact SNSWLHD Central Intake on 1800 999 880 or SNSWLHD-CommunityIntake@health.nsw.gov.au.
Or if you are in hospital, tell the ward clerk or nursing staff if you or a family member wish to see a social worker.
How will our Social Work service help you?
