Aboriginal Environmental Health

We work closely with the NSW Health Aboriginal Environmental Health Unit to improve existing housing and health infrastructure. We aim to reduce the levels of infection, injuries and long-lasting diseases in Aboriginal populations.

Some of our key programs used to achieve this includes Housing for Health Projects and the Aboriginal Environmental Health Officer Training Program both of which are facilitated through NSW Health.

Please contact an Environmental Health Officer on 1300 066 055 for more information.

Information regarding Aboriginal environmental health can be found on the NSW Government Health website.
