Accessibility

We are committed to providing websites that are accessible to everyone in the community. This is a requirement under the Disability Discrimination Act 1992.

Web standards

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0. This is the web standard endorsed by the Australian Government.

Some users find PDF files inaccessible so we've provided alternative formats where possible. However, we are unable to make some PDF files fully accessible at this time.

We are continuing to explore ways of improving the accessibility of our content.

Accessibility issues

We want our website to meet the highest accessibility level possible.

If you experience any accessibility or usability issues with our website, contact us

You can also use the 'Provide feedback' via the Feedback feature on the right side of the screen.

If you are unable to access a document on this website due to a disability, please request an alternative format by emailing SNSWLHD-ConsumerFeedback@health.nsw.gov.au. Where possible, we are committed to providing alternative versions on request.

The text is too small for me to read - how can I change it?

There is a toolbar positioned on the top of the website navigation area that contains a tool to change text size or you also could try changing the screen resolution.
