Southern NSW Local Health District is urging community members to continue to come forward for vaccination and to be alert for any symptoms that could signal COVID-19 following notification of one new COVID-19 case in the 24 hours to 8.00pm last night.
The new case is in the Queanbeyan Palerang region (Jerrabomberra) and is under investigation.
This brings the total cases in SNSWLHD to 555 since the start of the current outbreak in June.

Anyone developing COVID-19 symptoms such as headache, nausea, sore throat, runny nose, cough, loss of smell or taste, or fever, must isolate and get tested immediately, and remain isolated until a negative result is received.
